Wednesday evening, I am in Toronto for a presentation and it's time to check my Email box for today. Only a few messages tonight but a couple that were unexpected. At least 6 surfers read my chronicle last week and took the time to write a word. Interesting! Thank you all six of you for the nice comments about our site. You should come back regularly we are upgrading the site every week.

Six surfers from three different continents would have been incredible just a few years, even months ago. Now it is a reality. We can now make new friends or pen pals anywhere on the planet, we can find information on anything from anywhere, its great and its growing fast. Why do I have the feeling we havent seen anything yet?

CNN is also very impressive, they must have tons of staff to maintain such a site with short deadline. It seems that the site is revised 4 to 5 times every hour, incredible! Check them at:

For all of you out there that ever played SIM-CITY 2000 and love the game, you should take a look at their official new site. There is a lot of information about the game, contests and more. I spent some time there this week and was surprised, its very well done by MAXIS, you will find it at:

Finally, I have to tell you about Sympatico. My son Dany was a little jealous when he was watching me surf the NET and he decided to get his own. He read an ad in "La Presse" (a local newspaper here), called and requested to get the software to surf himself on his computer. Excellent service, easy software to install. Within 30 minutes of opening the envelope he was on the net using Netscape. Great service, very decent prices for everyone from occasional to frequent surfers. Bell Sygma made this very simple compared with some american programs that were available up to now. I have nothing against the Prodigy and AOL but they dont come close to Sympatico for easy and smooth installation and use.
